NHE Management Assoc. LLC “NHE” is the property management division of The Bluestone Organization which encompasses a full-service real estate development company with experience and expertise in site selection, planning, financing, construction, sale, marketing, and management. Norman, Harold, and Eli Bluestone expanded the organization to include NHE.

Today, NHE manages residential buildings and commercial units in Queens, Long Island, and Manhattan. Our properties are built with low-energy consumption in mind. Our portfolio includes rent stabilized, market, and affordable housing with amenities that fit the everyday lifestyle of a New Yorker.
